Making Friends will help you train and lead. Training will make you effective in battles. Winning battles will get you promoted. Fighting will teach you survival. To succeed in any of this, you will need to moves balls in the captive ball balance mechanism to be aggressive, compassionate or perfectly balanced, based on your goals. Incorrectly balanced and success will be hard to achieve and getting way out of balance will present “multiple” challenges.
